San Juan, La Union : Project One
This is where it all started...San Juan, La Union..."the surfing capital of the north"....Green Zinc put trash bins on the beach and provided the Municipality with a garbage truck...the Mayor has been great...the San Juan Beach Resort Association pays the costs of running and manning the truck...the local community,led by the La Union Surf Club, maintains the beach...the Municipality empties the bins...the beach is looking and feeling great...sustainability...
